E-mails during the Verification Process

In the e-mails, the domains are listed differently depending on their number. Whilst one or more domains are listed within the body of the e-mail, the 500 domains are listed in full at the end of the e-mail.

Verification required

A request has been sent and the risk assessment has identified a requirement for verification. On the 23rd day, the domain holder receives an e-mail asking them to verify their holder data via the provider, provided that these details have not already been verified.

Verification required – short Deadline

The member has previously carried out verification for a contact themselves and reported a ‘failed’ result for at least one claim. For the affected domains using the contact’s handle, a short deadline begins before the domains are placed in quarantine. For ongoing verifications, the deadline is shortened if a claim with a ‘failed’ result is added to the contact or amended with this result.

Immediate Quarantine

In the case of a new registration via a domain request, the risk assessment for the domain identifies a “high risk”. The domain is not delegated and is immediately placed in quarantine.
